Six California State University campuses were ranked among the nation’s 50 best-value public engineering schools in 2016 by Best Value Schools. Chico and Pomona were recognized in the top 10, coming in third and seventh, respectively.

Six California State University campuses were ranked among the nation’s 50 best-value public engineering schools in 2016 by Best Value Schools. Chico and Pomona were recognized in the top 10, coming in third and seventh, respectively. Chico State offers one of the most comprehensive engineering programs in the region, and is well-regarded for its sustainable engineering program, while Cal Poly Pomona emphasizes practical experience, particularly in its engineering entrepreneurship program. San José also ranked 14th, San Diego 31st, Los Angeles 45th, and Maritime 48th.
